About Customer.io
Customer.io is a customer engagement platform for targeted, automated email (and other channels). HockeyStack connects to its email campaigns and newsletters so those sends show up on the same journeys as CRM, ads, and web.
About the integration
HockeyStack’s Customer.io integration syncs campaigns, newsletters, and per-recipient messages into your workspace. You can put email sends/opens (and campaign clicks) next to CRM, ads, and other GTM data for reporting and attribution.
What we track
HockeyStack pulls campaign and newsletter data via Customer.io’s App API, including:
Campaigns and newsletters (name, type, status, tags, rollup metrics)
Campaign messages per person: send, open, click, and related delivery metrics Customer.io stores on the message
Newsletter messages per person: sent, delivered, opened
Person identity from email (or Customer.io customer id)
We do not sync SMS, push, in-app, transactional messages that aren’t tied to a campaign/newsletter, or a full dump of custom Customer.io attributes.

Use a Customer.io App API key and region (US or EU). HockeyStack authenticates, runs an initial pull, then syncs daily.
