Play 4: Build an Internal Prompt Library

Most people don’t fail at using AI because of the tools. They fail because they don’t know what to ask. Give your team a head start by launching a shared, editable “Prompt Library” organized by role, motion, or objective. This can become a crowdsourced knowledge base that compounds over time.

Examples:

• Prompts for objection handling, competitor comparisons, cold email rewrites
• Templates for summarizing calls, building custom account briefs, or creating 1-pagers
• Add tags like “Outbound,” “Enterprise,” “Demo Prep,” etc.
